Abstract:
Strojno numerično krmiljeno rezanje različnih materialov (tesnilne mase, blago, usnje, stirodur, razne pene, karton, valovite lepenke,….) zahteva posebno enoto, ki se imenuje električna oscilatorska glava. Posebnost enote je osciliranje noža s hkratnim tangentnim obračanjem glede na krivuljo reza-nja. S sufisticiranim razvojnim pristopom smo uspeli razviti napravo, ki je bila že v osnovi pripravljena na uporabo v serijski proizvodnji in potrdili hipotezo, da imata načrtovanje in dejanska izvedba razvoja izdelka skoraj enake rezultate

DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF AN ELECTRICAL OSCILLATING TANGENTIAL CUTTING HEAD
Abstract:
Numerically controlled cutting machine of various materials (sealants, fabrics, leather, styrofoam, various foam, cardboard, corrugated cardboard,...) requires a special unit called the electrical oscillating cutting head. The unit is characterized by an oscillating knife defined by a simultaneous tangential turning in accordance with the curve of the cutting. Resulted from an advanced development approach enabled us to develop a device that is already prepared for use in mass production. Hereafter, it approves the hypothesis that both planning and actual execution of product development have similar results.
