Title:Zasnova inteligentnega modela računalniško integrirane proizvodnje v topli valjarni aluminija

Abstract:Sistemi avtomatizacij predstavljajo danes v proizvodnih obratih velik inženirski izziv pri krmiljenju odprtih in zaprtih zank regulacije. Poleg zagotavljanja učinkovitosti procesov danes avtomatizacija determinira tudi kvaliteto produktov na proizvodni opremi. Generiranje dodane vrednosti podjetja je odvisno od mnogo dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na transformacijo obratov in procesov v industriji valjanja ter predstavljajo velik izziv za menedžment. Sodobni koncepti procesov valjanja koristijo računalniško integracijo proizvodne opreme za obvladovanje tehnologije s pomočjo umetne inteligence in daleč prekašajo sposobnost odločanja človeka za doseganje želenih ciljev. V procesu toplega valjanja, ki se izvaja na reverzibilni kvarto topli valjarni in je ključna za produkcijo kvalitete najvišjega tehnološkega nivoja, želimo nadgraditi procese avtomatizacije nivoja 0 (glavni in pomožni pogoni, senzorji …) in nivoja 1 (definiranje oblike traka: debelina, profil) ter na novo implementirati avtomatizacijo nivoja 2 (tehnologija s pomočjo umetne inteligence) ter nivoja 3 (terminiranje in planiranje proizvodnje). V magistrski nalogi je raziskano področje prehoda na obvladovanje tehnologije toplega valjanja aluminija s pomočjo matematičnih modelov nivoja 2, ki za nas predstavlja velik inženirski izziv, saj velik del obstoječe strojne opreme ne ustreza zahtevanemu nivoju kvalitete in jo je tekom modernizacije potrebno zamenjati. S pomočjo matematičnih modelov nivoja 2 so bile narejene simulacije planov valjanja za različne vrste materialov in s tem determiniran koncept modernizacije tople valjarne. Izračunana je bila limitirana maksimalna proizvodna sposobnost tople valjarne za valjanje aluminija.

Title:Design of intelligent model computer integrated manufacturing in the aluminium hot rolling mill
Abstract:Automation systems today represent a major manufacturing facilities engineering challenge in controlling open and closed loop control. In addition to ensuring the effectiveness of processes, automation today determines the quality of the products on the production equipment. Generating added value of the company depends on many factors that influence the transformation of plants and processes in the industry rolling and represent a major challenge for the management. Modern concepts of rolling processes, benefit from computerized integration of production equipment for the control technology, using artificial intelligence and far surpass the ability of human decision-making to achieve the desired objectives. In the process of hot rolling, which is performed on the reversible four-high hot rolling mill and is key to the production quality of the highest technological level, we want to build on the process automation LEVEL 0 (main and auxiliary drives, sensors ...) and LEVEL 1 (defining the shape of the strip: thickness and profile) and to implement new automation LEVEL 2 (technology using artificial intelligence) and LEVEL 3 (scheduling and production planning). This master thesis has studied the area of transition to the mastery of technology hot rolling of aluminum using mathematical models in LEVEL 2, which for us represents a significant engineering challenge, since a large part of the existing hardware does not meet the required level of quality and the course of modernization needs to be replaced. With the help of mathematical models of LEVEL 2 they were made simulations of rolling plans for different types of materials, and thus caused the concept of modernization of the hot rolling mill. Calculated was capped maximum production capacity of hot rolling mill for rolling aluminum.
