Abstract:Vitka proizvodnja je generična filozofija obvladovanja poslovnih procesov, ki temelji na zniževanju izgub v obstoječih procesih z namenom zvišati celotno vrednost za odjemalca. Izhodišče predstavlja reklo »opraviti več z manj ter pri tem v celoti izpolniti zahteve odjemalca«. Načelo vitke proizvodnje je identifikacija vseh izgub v celotnem procesu ter njihova eliminacija. Glavni cilj vitke proizvodnje je večno sledenje popolnosti. To pomeni, da udeleženci ne smejo biti nikoli zadovoljni z doseženim, temveč morajo ves čas iskati načine za izboljšavo tudi najmanjših segmentov procesa. Iskati je potrebno načine za zmanjšanje odpada, izboljšanje kakovosti, optimiziranje opreme, načine, kako stvari narediti bolje, hitreje, lažje, dokler to ni lastno vsem zaposlenim. Pri razumevanju koncepta vitke proizvodnje se je potrebno zavedati njegove uporabnosti na vseh segmentih delovanja organizacije. Model vitkosti je eden izmed redkih sistemov, ki sodobnemu managerju nudi konkretna orodja za smotrno vodenje ter organizacijo procesov, ki mu pripadajo. Cilj raziskave je dopolniti vitke pristope v podjetju Kopur d.o.o., raziskati možnost integracije stroškovno-časovnega profila v proces prikaza toka vrednosti proizvodnega procesa. Stroškovno-časovni profil vključuje podatke o gibanju in kopičenju stroškov v času, prikaz toka vrednosti pa vključuje podatke o celem procesu s poudarkom na časih. S kombinacijo teh dveh orodij bomo olajšali proces sprejemanja odločitev za napredovanje. Prikaz toka vrednosti, kot eno izmed orodij vitke proizvodnje, omogoča na visokem nivoju vizualizacijo procesa in identifikacijo problema, ampak to, kar manjka, so priporočila, ki dajo podporo v odločanju timu, da izbere najugodnejše ukrepe napredovanja in oblikuje nov napreden tok vrednosti v skladu z izbranimi ukrepi. Pravzaprav lahko le stalno napredovanje omogoča majhnemu podjetju v Sloveniji, ki proizvaja za avtomobilsko industrijo se enakopravno kosati s konkurenco na globalnem trgu.

Title:Cost-Time investment analysis in the production Kopur d.o.o.
Abstract:Lean production is a generic philosophy of managing business processes, which is based on lowering the loss in the existing processes to make the value bigger for the customer. The base for it is the saying “doing more with less and with it entirely meet the requirements of the customer”. The principle of lean production is identifying and eliminating all the losses in the whole process. The main goal of lean production is a never-ending striving towards perfection. This means that those involved can never be satisfied with their achievements, but have to find ways to make even the smallest segments of the process better. It is important to find ways to reduce waist, achieve better quality, optimize equipment, ways, how to make things better, faster, lighter, until it is an essential part of every employee. To understand the concept of lean production, we have to be aware of its usefulness in all segments in which an organisation functions. The lean model is one of the rare systems, which gives the modern manager specific tools for leading a company and organising the respectful processes systematically. The goal of this research is to perfect lean techniques in the company Kopur d.o.o., to research the possibilities of integrating a cost-time profile into the process of the value stream mapping of the production process. The cost-time profile includes data of cost flow and cost accumulation over time, while the value stream includes the data of the whole process with emphasis on time. With a combination of these two tools, we will make the process of decision-making to achieve progress easier. The value stream mapping as one of the lean production tools, enables us the visualisation of the process and the identification of the problem on a high level. But what is missing is advice that supports the decision-making in a team, so it can choose the best steps to make progress and form a new, advanced value stream in accordance with the chosen steps. Actually, for a small business in Slovenia, which is working for the automotive industry, only constant progress can enable them to be equal competition on a global market.
