Title:PONOVNA UVELJAVITEV VAJENIŠTVA V SLOVENSKI ŠOLSKI SISTEM

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali, kako je bilo v preteklosti urejeno vajeništvo v Sloveniji in kakšno je trenutno stanje. Zanimala nas je tudi ureditev vajeništva v nekaterih drugih evropskih državah ter njegovi pozitivni učinki. Pri raziskavi pozitivnih učinkov vajeništva v evropskih državah smo ugotovili, da se je strukturno nesorazmerje zmanjšalo, saj so mlade z vajeništvom spodbudili k vpisu v srednje poklicne šole. Bistveno se je izboljšala strokovna usposobljenost dijakov. Zaradi tega so si dijaki povečali svoje zaposlitvene možnosti. Posledično se je v državah z urejenim sistemom vajeništva znižala stopnja brezposelnosti med mladimi. Namen diplomske naloge je bil tudi preučiti, ali na strani delodajalcev obstaja interes za ponovno uveljavitev vajeništva v slovenski šolski sistem. Za to raziskavo smo med delodajalce razdelili anonimni anketni vprašalnik. Z njegovo pomočjo smo pridobili odgovore na naša raziskovalna vprašanja in potrdili oz. ovrgli zastavljene hipoteze. Z analizo pridobljenih rezultatov smo prišli do zaključka, da so delodajalci naklonjeni ponovni uvedbi vajeništva v slovenski šolski sistem, vendar pa niso pripravljeni nositi stroškov izvajanja vajeništva. Menimo, da je ponovna uvedba vajeništva nujno potrebna, vendar morajo to spoznati vsi udeleženci pogajalskega procesa, ki bodo sodelovali pri sprejemanju in usklajevanju zakona. Z opravljeno raziskavo smo dokazali, da na strani delodajalcev ta interes obstaja.

Title:REESTABLISHMENT OF APPRENTICESHIP IN SLOVENIAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
Abstract:In this thesis we have researched how apprenticeship used to be regulated in the past and what the situation is like now. We were also interested in apprenticeship regulations in some other European countries and its positive effects. When researching positive effects of apprenticeship in other European countries, we have found out that the structural imbalance has decreased because the youth had been encouraged to enrol in vocational schools. Students' professional competence has increased substantially. That is how students have improved their employment possibilities. Subsequently, the unemployment rate in countries with regulated apprenticeship system has lowered. The intention of this thesis has also been to analyze whether the employers are interested in re-establishment of apprenticeship system into Slovenian school system. In order to conduct this research, we have carried out an anonymous survey among the employers. The survey provided us with answers to our research questions and either confirmed or refuted the hypotheses. By analyzing the obtained results, we have concluded that the employers are interested in re establishment of apprenticeship system, but are not willing to cover the costs. We believe that the re-establishment of apprenticeship is necessary, but this needs to be recognized by all the participants in the negotiation process who will be involved in the process of adoption and harmonisation of the law. With the conducted research we have established that on the employers' part this interest exists.
