Title:OPTIMIZACIJA KAKOVOSTI VZDRŽEVANJA VOZNEGA PARKA

Abstract:Za doseganje dobrega poslovnega rezultata mora podjetje na trgu ponujati konkurenčne izdelke ali storitve. Zelo pomemben dejavnik za doseganje poslovne odličnosti pa predstavljajo tudi notranji procesi v podjetju, saj so lahko veliko stroškovno breme. Z namenom optimizacije je Zavarovalnica Maribor, d. d, že leta 1999 pridobila certifikat kakovosti ISO 9001. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, ali je obstoječ sistem vzdrževanja voznega parka za podjetje, ki ima v lasti okrog 100 službenih vozil, optimalen. V diplomskem delu smo opisali analizo trenutnega stanja organizacije voznega parka. Pregledali smo sistemsko dokumentacijo, ki ureja procese, povezane s tem področjem vzdrževanja. Dejansko stanje smo analizirali s pomočjo notranje presoje sistema vodenja kakovosti ISO 9001, s ciljem, da bi ugotovili, ali so trenutni procesi v podjetju v skladu z zahtevami standarda in z zahtevami, ki si jih je postavilo podjetje. Rezultati notranje presoje nam niso dali dovolj informacij in jasne slike o uporabniški izkušnji, mnenju in željah delavcev. Zato smo informacije zbrali še z metodo anketiranja. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo od uporabnikov voznega parka pridobili mnenja o možnih izboljšavah organizacije vzdrževanja. Po preučitvi zbranih podatkov smo ugotovili, da za tako velik vozni park trenutna organizacija voznega parka ni optimalna. Rešitev, ki smo jo predlagali, zajema sistem računalniško vodenega vzdrževanja z implementiranim GPS satelitskim sledilnim sistemom. Težave in neskladnosti, ki so bile zaznane med ISO-presojo, bi se dalo z uporabo takega sistema v celoti odstraniti. Prednosti so optimizacija izrabe vozil, boljši logistični procesi v podjetju, znižanje stroškov rabe vozil, dvig kakovosti storitev itd. Posledica pa je večja konkurenčnost podjetja.

Title:OPTIMIZATION OF CAR FLEET MAINTENANCE QUALITY
Abstract:In order to achieve good business results, the company has to offer competitive products or services on the market. Very important factors for achieving business excellence are internal processes in the company, as they may represent an enormous expenses burden. With the aim to optimize business processes, the company Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. adopted quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 already in 1999. The aim of the diploma paper was to find out whether the existing system of the fleet maintenance is optimal for the company, which owns about 100 vehicles. The analysis of the current state of organization of the fleet is described. The system documentation, which regulates the processes related to this maintenance area, was reviewed. The facts were analysed, using the ISO internal audit, with the aim to determine whether the current processes in the company are in accordance with the requirements of the standard and the requirements, which the company set up. However, the results of the internal audit did not provide us with enough information and a clear picture of the user’s experience, employees’ opinion and wishes. Therefore, we a survey method was used to gather additional information. By questioning the users of the fleet, we gathered opinions on possible improvements of the maintenance organization. After having examined the data, we found out that the current organization of the fleet is not optimal for such a large vehicle fleet. A solution, which includes a computerized maintenance system, implemented with GPS satellite tracking system, was proposed. The problems and inconsistencies, which were detected during the ISO assessment, could be completely removed by using this solution. The benefits of such a system include optimization of the use of vehicles, better logistic processes in a company, reduced costs of vehicle use, improvement of service quality. Consequently, it represents a better competitive position of the company.
