Abstract:
V podjetju Elektrode Jesenice, d. o. o., se soočajo s pomanjkljivim in neučinkovitim vzdrževanjem. Glavni namen diplomskega dela je izboljšanje procesa vzdrževanja v podjetju, saj je trenutno stanje precej neurejeno, učinkovito vzdrževanje pa je eden od pomembnih dejavnikov uspešnosti podjetja. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili nekaj načinov vzdrževanja, ki jih podjetja dandanes najpogosteje uporabljajo. Osredotočili smo se na preventivno vzdrževanje in za vlečno-rezalno linijo KL1 izračunali vrednosti skupne učinkovitosti opreme (OEE) pred in po uvedbi prenovljenega sistema vzdrževanja. Ugotovili smo, da so v podjetju uporabljali napačne formule za izračun skupne učinkovitosti opreme (OEE). Na vlečno-rezalni liniji KL1 smo določili glavne izgube. Izdelali smo natančnejše izračune OEE in jih primerjali z obstoječimi izračuni. Na podlagi izračunov, smo določili prednostne naloge za izboljšanje učinkovitosti stroja. Pripravili pa smo tudi podlago za postopno uvajanje celovitega produktivnega vzdrževanja (TPM), ki je del kratkoročnega načrta poslovanja podjetja. Predvidevamo, da bomo z uvedbo izboljšav v roku enega leta OEE zvišali za vsaj 12 %. Stopnjo kakovosti naj bi zvišali za 1 %, razpoložljivost za 7 % in učinkovitost za 8 %. Ugotovitve, pridobljene med izdelavo diplomske naloge, bomo lahko uporabili tudi za izboljšanje delovanja preostalih delovnih sredstev v podjetju.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE MAINTENANCE PROCESS IN THE COMPANY ELEKTRODE JESENICE D.O.O.
Abstract:
It can be pointed out that maintenance system in company Electrode Jesenice d.o.o. is rather insufficient and ineffective. The purpose of this Diploma Thesis is to identify the improvement opportunities of maintenance system in company. The latter is especially important due to disorganisation of the current maintenance system as well as due to importance of effective maintenance, as one of key factors for business success. In the first part of thesis, we addressed the most common types of maintenance, which companies use in everyday practice. We placed the focus on the preventive maintenance and calculated the Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for the tow-cutting line KL1 before and after introduction of renewed maintenance system. Drawing upon the results, one can conclude that the formula for OEE calculation was not suitable. Furthermore, we defined major losses in production process at tow-cutting line KL1 and made accurate OEE calculation, which were compared to the existing calculation. Based on new calculation, priority tasks for improving effectiveness of the machine at KL1 line, were suggested. We also prepared basis for gradual implementation of the Total productive maintenance (TPM), as a part of short - term plan of company management. Within one year, OEE should increase by 12 % because of implemented improvements. There should also be increase in quality by 1 %, availability by 7 % and effectiveness by 8 %. Findings of this thesis can also be used for improving the operation of other machines in the company.
