Abstract:
Z uvedbo sočasnega inženirstva dosežemo, da se v proces razvoja izdelka vključi pomislek glede oblikovanja, proizvodnje, nabave, financ, marketinga in to poskuša povezati s krajšanjem dobavnih rokov ter z izboljševanjem kakovosti in nižanjem stroškov. Zaradi globalne konkurence je še kako pomembna uvedba sočasnega inženirstva. Med kupcem in dobaviteljem ter podizvajalci morajo vladati partnerska načela, saj je le tako možno izvesti partnersko sodelovanje v zgodnjih razvojnih fazah projekta s ciljem medsebojne koristi. Delavnica o preoblikovanju izdelkov iz pločevine je bila pobuda za začetek sodelovanja in uvedbo sočasnega inženirstva skupaj z največjim kupcem podjetja VAR. Vladajo partnerska načela, medsebojno zaupanje in tesna komunikacija. Človek, ki seže do človeka in ga razume, je pot do uspeha.

OPTIMIERUNG DER ENTWICKLUNGSPROZESSE DURCH DIE EINFÜHRUNG VON CONCURRENT ENGINEERING
Abstract:
Mit der Einführung des Concurrent Engineering erreichen wir, dass sich im Prozess der Entwicklung des Produktes, das denken über das Designe, die Produktion, die Beschaffung, die Finanzen, das Marketing einbezieht und alle diese versuchen zu verbinden um kürzere Lieferzeiten und eine bessere Qualität, mit niedrigeren Kosten zu erreichen. Wegen der globalen Konkurrenz ist das Einführen des Concurrent Engineering noch von größerer Notwendigkeit. Zwischen dem Kunden, dem Lieferanten und den Unterlieferanten muss ein Partnerschaftsprinzip Herrschen, mit welchem in der frühen Entwicklungsphase von größter Bedeutung ist. Der Workshop über das umformen von Blechteilen war die Initiative für den Anfang der Zusammenarbeit und die Einführung des Concurrent Engineering zusammen mit dem größten Kunden der Firma VAR. Es Herrscht das Partnerschaftsprinzip, ein gegenseitiges Vertrauen und eine enge Kommunikation. Ein Mensch der einen anderen erreichen kann und der Ihm versteht ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
