Abstract:
Z uporabo ustreznih metod lahko prepoznamo nevarnosti za izdelek že v raziskovalni fazi projekta. S pravilno odločitvijo v zgodnji fazi procesa se izognemo kasnejšim visokim stroškom v fazi serijske proizvodnje. V razvojni fazi pustimo prosto pot ustvarjanju idej in s tem tudi neko določeno orientiranost, na drugi strani pa ustvarjalnost ne sme biti omejena. Večjo kvaliteto izdelka dosežemo z intenzivno analizo napak in odpravo le teh v zgodnji razvojni fazi.

Risk management in the development of new technologies
Abstract:
In the modern world the progress of technologies is very fast. We are confronted with a variety of methods with the globalization and rapid development. It is more important to know how to timely identify certain gaps and weaknesses in the development of the product and this avoid unnecessary costs in the manufacture of this product. It is necessary to perform a rigorous and difficult selection process in the early research phase. Between the 70-80% of the projects in the annexation of the research phase closed down, 50-60% of the remaining projects further does not receive appropriations.
