Abstract:
Družina in zaposlitev, pomembna dejavnika v življenju vsakega posameznika. Ustvariti si družino, to je nekaj, kar nas osrečuje. Imeti službo, to so verjetno sanje mnogih. Uskladitev zasebnega in poklicnega življenja sta odvisna predvsem od nas samih in od podjetij oz. organizacij, v katerih smo zaposleni. Podjetja in organizacije se v vedno večji meri zavedajo svoje družbene odgovornosti, vpliva ter informacij, ki jih s svojim poslovanjem sporočajo svojim zaposlenim ter ostalim partnerjem. Zavedajo se, da za njihovo uspešnostjo stojijo zaposleni, ki so vključeni v delovnem procesu. Za uspešen razvoj in rast podjetja je bistvenega pomena zadovoljstvo, motivacija in pripadnost zaposlenih. Med dejavniki za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in pozitivne delovne klime je tudi pridobitev certifikata »Družini prijazno podjetje«. Pridobitev tega certifikata zagotavlja kratkoročne in dolgoročne pozitivne učinke usklajevanja poklicnega in zasebnega življenja zaposlenih, ki koristijo tudi podjetju. V diplomski nalogi smo opisali certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje in predstavili družbo Elektro Primorska d.d., pridobitev tega certifikata v družbi ter opisali ukrepe in njihovo uporabo s strani zaposlenih. Zastavili smo dve hipotezi. Na podlagi anketiranja med zaposlenimi smo preverjali njihovo veljavnost ter proučili, kako so zaposleni sprejeli prednosti in priložnosti, ki jih ponuja pridobljeni certifikat.

Certificate »Family – friendly company« in the company Elektro Primorska d. d.
Abstract:
Family and employment, two significant elements of every individual’s life. Starting a family is something that makes us happy, having a job is probably something many dream of. How well we balance our private and professional lives mostly depends on ourselves and companies or organisations we work in. Lately, companies are increasingly aware of their corporate social responsibility and of the message they send to their partners and employees by the way they conduct business. They know employees are the ones behind the company’s success. For a company to grow and develop contentment, motivation and feeling of belonging are of great importance. One of the factors contributing to a positive work environment and employees’ satisfaction can be obtaining a Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate. Being a holder of this certificate can have long and short term positive effects on employees’ balancing of private and professional lives, which is of benefit for the company as well. In this thesis we will describe Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate, present Elektro Primorska d.d., process of earning the previously mentioned certificate in this company, implementation of measures, and advantages that obtaining the certificate brings to the employees. There are two theses; by interviewing the employees we checked if the measures are in fact carried out, and how the employees have accepted benefits and opportunities the certificate offers.
