Abstract:
Namen naloge je analizirati in preučiti uporabo analize toka vrednosti v proizvodnem procesu za doseganje konkurenčne prednosti podjetja. Cilji magistrskega dela so: 1.predstaviti metodo za optimizacijo, 2.določiti kriterije, 3.oceniti vire za dosego zastavljenih ciljev, 4.s študijo primera prikazati učinke na poslovanje in kritično oceniti stanje procesa proizvodnje. Študija primera je pokazala, da je metoda Analize toka vrednosti prinesla željen cilj in v segmentu montaže izboljšala učinkovitost proizvodnega procesa.

Value stream mapping in the optimization of business-production processes
Abstract:
The purpose of the project is to analyze and examine the use of analysis of the current value in the production process to achieve a competitive advantage. The objectives of the master's work are: 1.predstaviti method for optimization, 2.določiti criteria 3. Evaluate the resources to achieve the objectives, 4.Pressing a case study to demonstrate the effects on the business and critically assess the condition of the production process. The case study showed that the method of analysis of current values bring the desired objective and segment assembly to improve the efficiency of the production process.
