Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavamo zaposlovanje invalidov na področju, ki ga pokriva Zavod Republike Slovenije - Območna služba Koper. Invalidi so posebej ranljiva skupina, kateri je potrebno posvetiti veliko pozornosti. Njihov položaj na trgu dela je manj ugoden. Težje in v manjši meri se vključujejo vanj.Zakon o zaposlitveni rehabilitaciji in zaposlovabju invalidov je prinesel vrsto ugodnosti zanje in za delodajalce. Poleg kvotnega sistema zaposlovanja, je prinesel še vrsto vzpodbud in davčnih olajšav. Invalidi, ki so vključeni v proces zaposlitvene rehabilitacije , imajo večje možnosti, da se ponovno zaposlijo in s tem izboljšajo svoj materialni položaj ter niso v breme družbi.V OS Koper posvečajo veliko pozornost prav tej ciljni skupini. Aktivna politika zaposlovanja se je pokazala kot sistem, ki pomaga invalidom, da se ponovno zaposlijo. Prav v programih javnih del aktivirajo največ dolgotrajnih brezposelnih invalidov. Za veliko večino invalidov, je to edini izhod iz brezposelnosti.

Title:The employment of disable people
Abstract:The theme of my thesis is employment of disabled people. They are very vulnerable category. They need a specific attention. Their position on labour market is less beneficient because of absence of opportunities.The regulation which introduces the employment rehabilitation, quota system for the employment of the disabled people as well as providing better employment opportunities for them. Work is significant not only for material goods but also for preserving social and psychological meaning of a disabled individual.Employment service of Slovenia conducts several active employment policy programs. In the Employment service of Koper, the administration pay special attention to promote the employment of disabled people.
