Abstract:Poslovni proces se prične z osnovnim dogodkom in lahko združuje več poslovnih procesov, ki inpute pretvorijo v outpute. Povezani so izvajalski in nadzorni postopki in aktivnosti, ki prispevajo k dodani vrednosti končnih proizvodov ali opravljeni storitvi. Temeljni poslovni procesi, ki potekajo v večini podjetij so nabavljanje, proizvajanje, prodajanje in vključujejo več funkcij kot so kadrovska, marketinška, nabavna, logistična, razvojna, informacijska. Uspešnost vsakega proizvodnega podjetja je odvisna od dobre organiziranosti na vseh področjih. Potrebno je spremljati, proučevati, analizirati in raziskovati vse pojave na tržišču in v podjetju, da z minimalnimi stroški zagotovimo maksimalno zanesljivost poslovanja. Pomembno vlogo pri proizvodnem procesu imajo zaloge materialov in gotovih proizvodov. Zaloge na eni strani omogočajo neprekinjeno proizvodnjo, na drugi strani pa povzročajo stroške, saj je v njih vezan kapital. Statistika navaja, da tvorijo zaloge drugo najvišjo premoženjsko kategorijo v bilanci stanja. V diplomskem delu bom predstavila proizvodno podjetje Cinkarna Celje, ki ima večje število strateških proizvodnih programov. Organizacijsko in ekonomsko je smiselno, da ima podjetje organizirana skupna funkcijska področja, ter v tem okviru ključne in podporne procese, ki opravljajo strokovna dela za proizvodne poslovne enote. Proučila sem proces spremljanja porabe materialov v proizvodni poslovni enoti Metalurgija. V postopkih evidentiranja lahko prihaja do napak , kar ima za posledico netočne zaloge, ki lahko sprožijo napačne informacije za različne uporabnike, v proizvodnem procesu pa nepotrebne zastoje. Prenovo procesa spremljanja porabe materialov v PE Metalurgija sem izvedla z dopolnjenim informacijskim sistemom, ki bi z dodatnim evidentiranjem posameznega proizvoda vezal porabo materialov na to oznako oz. proizvod in nadalje na normative. Če normativ odstopa od sestavnice pomeni, da je v procesu nastala napaka. S prenovo procesa spremljanja porabe materialov in dopolnjenim informacijskim sistemom bi izboljšali natančnost vodenja zalog v Poslovni enoti Metalurgija, kar bi prispevalo k odpravi problemov, ki nastanejo kot posledica napak, zato lahko postavljene hipoteze potrdim.

Title:RENOVATION OF THE PROCESS OF MONITORING THE CONSUMPTION OF THE MATERIALS IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Abstract:The business process starts with a basic event and can integrate multiple business processes that convert inputs into outputs. They are linked to the executive and supervisory procedures and activities that contribute to the added value of end products or services. Core business processes that take place in most companies have to source, manufacture, distribute and include multiple functions such as human resources, marketing, purchasing, logistics, development, information. The success of any production company depends on good organization in all areas. It is necessary to monitor, examine, analyze and investigate all phenomena in the market and in the enterprise at minimal cost guarantee maximum reliability of operations. An important role in the production process have stocks of materials and finished products. Stocks on the one hand enable the continuous production, on the other hand, entail costs, because in them is bound capital. Statistics states that make up the second-highest property stocks category in the balance sheet. In this thesis, I will present a production company Cinkarna Celje, which has a greater number of strategic production programs. Organisationally and economically it makes sense that the company has organized joint functional areas, and in this context, key and support processes that perform specialized work in manufacturing business units. I consider the process of monitoring the use of materials in the manufacturing business unit Metallurgy. In the process of recording may be subject to error, resulting in inaccurate inventories, which may trigger false information to different users in the manufacturing process but unnecessary delays. The renewal of the process of monitoring the use of materials in the PE Metallurgy I conducted with the updated information system, which would further bind the registration of a particular product use the materials on this label or. product and further to the norms. If the rate of withdrawal from Formula means that in the process the error occurred. The renovation process of monitoring the consumption of materials and completed information system to improve the accuracy of inventory management for the business unit Metallurgy, which would help to eliminate the problems that arise as a result of errors so you can confirm the hypotheses.
