Title:VLOGA VZGOJITELJA PRI OBRAVNAVI OTROK Z NAJPOGOSTEJŠIMI OBOLENJI V VRTCU

Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Vloga vzgojitelja pri obravnavi otrok z najpogostejšimi obolenji v vrtcu je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili najpogostejša obolenja, ki se pojavljajo pri otrocih v vrtcu, samo preprečevanje obolenj v vrtcu v povezavi z zdravim in varnim okoljem, higienskimi pogoji ter gibalno telesnimi dejavnostmi. Hkrati nas je zanimala še vloga vzgojitelja pri preprečevanju obolenj v vrtcu, predvsem pri delu z otroki in kakšna je vloga medsebojnega sodelovanja s starši. Empirični del diplomskega dela zajema rezultate raziskave, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika za vzgojitelje in pomočnike vzgojiteljev. Namen raziskave je bil prikazati vlogo vzgojitelja pri obravnavi otrok z najpogostejšimi obolenji v vrtcu in ugotoviti seznanjenost vzgojiteljev o skrbi za zdravje otrok v vrtcu. Ugotovili smo, da imajo vzgojitelji dovolj znanja o skrbi za zdravje otrok in to znanje načrtno vnašajo v svoje delo, preko dejavnosti iz Kurikula, ki so povezana s krepitvijo zdravja otrok. Vzgojitelji prepoznajo znake obolenj pri otrocih v vrtcu zaradi dobrega opazovanja, se poslužujejo dodatne strokovne literature in obiskujejo različna strokovna srečanja. Vzgojitelji prav tako skrbijo za higieno prostorov in igrač ter zagotavljajo varno, čisto in zdravo bivalno okolje v vrtcu, h kateremu pa bistveno pripomore sodelovanje s starši.

Title:THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN TREATING CHILDREN WITH THE MOST COMMON DISEASES IN KINDERGARTEN
Abstract:The thesis entitled The role of the educator in dealing with children with the most common diseases in the nursery consists of theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part, we present the most common diseases that occur in children in kindergarten, the prevention of diseases in kindergarten and its correlations with a healthy and safe environment, hygiene conditions and physical activity. At the same time I was interested in the role of an educator in the prevention of diseases in the nursery, especially when working with children and what is the role of interaction with parents. The empirical part of the thesis includes the results of the research that had been gained with the help of a questionnaire for teachers and education assistants. The purpose of the research was to demonstrate the role of the educator in dealing with children with the most common diseases in the nursery and establish awareness of teachers about the health care of children in kindergarten. We found that educators have enough knowledge about the health care of children and this knowledge is deliberately introduced into their work, through the actions of the curriculum that are associated with the strengthening of the health of children. Educators identify the signs of disease in children in the nursery for the reasons of good observation, making use of additional professional literature and attending various professional meetings. Educators also take care of the hygiene of playrooms and toys as well as providing a safe, clean and healthy living environment in kindergarten. Cooperation with parents greatly contributes to achieving the goals stated above.
