Abstract:
Skladiščenje, pretovor in prevoz naftnih derivatov predstavljajo posebno nevarnost za okolje in za vse udeležence, ki rokujejo z njimi. Samo s strogim upoštevanjem vseh predpisov in standardov se lahko zmanjša možnost nastanka nezgod. Največje skladišče naftnih derivatov, ki je v lasti družbe Petrol, je skladišče Instalacija Sermin, ki preko svojega tankerskega terminala v Luki Koper sprejema gorivo v svoje suhozemne rezervoarje, od koder se vrši odprema preko železniške in kamionske polnilnice. S sodobno kakovostno opremo, usposobljenim kadrom ter s sodobno podprtimi računalniškimi in tehnološkimi sistemi zagotavlja varno in kakovostno skladiščenje ter pretovor naftnih derivatov. Nemoteno delovanje procesa dejavnosti je pogojeno s procesom rednega vzdrževanja. Prevozna sredstva, v katerih se prevažajo nevarne snovi, morajo biti tehnično brezhibna ter izdelana in opremljena v skladu s predpisanimi standardi in ustrezno označena na vidnem mestu. Zaradi narave dejavnosti daje družba velik pomen skrbi za okolje. Temeljni ukrep za zmanjšanje varnostnih tveganj je redno in strokovno usposabljanje zaposlenih za izvajanja varnostnih postopkov in ukrepov.

Title:
ANALYSIS OF LOGISTICS OF OIL PRODUCTS AT THE WAREHOUSE INSTALACIJA SERMIN
Abstract:
Storage, transhipment and transport of petroleum products represent a specific threat to the environment and to all participants handling them. The risk of incidents can be reduced only by strictly respecting the regulations and standards. The Instalacija Sermin warehouse, owned by the company Petrol, is the largest warehouse for petroleum products. At its sea tanker terminal located inside the Port of Koper, the warehouse accepts the fuel and subsequently stores it in its land storage tanks. From there, the fuel is dispatched via warehouse’s filling plants to the railway oil tankers or to road tankers. With its modern and high quality equipment, qualified human resources and supported by advanced IT and technological systems, the warehouse provides for a safe and quality storage and transhipment of petroleum products. The undisturbed operational process is subject to a regular maintenance process. The vehicles used for transporting dangerous substances must be technically impeccable. They have to be manufactured and equipped in line with regulatory standards and appropriately marked with signs exposed in a visible position. Owing to the nature of its activity, the company devotes a lot of attention to environmental liability. A fundamental measure to reduce safety risks are regular and professional trainings on safety procedures and safety measures for the staff.
