Abstract:
Specialistično delo na osnovi opredeljenih težav in njihove analize dokazuje, da je ob takšnem ali povečanem številu zaposlenih v podjetju nujno potrebno spremeniti strukturo in način vodenja proizvodnje. Izhajajoč iz evidentiranih problemov, ki predstavljajo ovire v proizvodnih procesih, dokazujem, da lahko z izboljšavo organiziranosti priprave proizvodnje in kadrovsko strukturo podjetje obdrži oziroma poveča število zaposlenih in pri tem posledično poveča dobiček podjetja. Izboljšava organiziranosti je nujno potrebna in bo mogoča z minimalno investicijo in reorganizacijo.

RENOVATING THE DESIGN OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AT THE COMPANY METALID d.o.o.
Abstract:
Specialist work proves on the basis of the noticed problems and their analysis, that it is necessary to change the structure and method of keeping the production while increasing the number of employees in the company. With the recorded problems that pose barriers to efficient manufacturing processes the work is proving that with the improvement of the organisation of the preparation of production and staffing structure of the company the latter can retain or increase the number of employees and, consequently, increase the profits of the company. Improvement of the organisation is urgently needed and will be possible with minimal investment and reorganization.
