Title:OCENJEVANJE ZAPOSLENIH V SLUŽBI ZA TEHNIČNO POMOČ UPORABNIKOM

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo razvili odločitveni model, ki nam je pomagal pri ocenjevanju delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih. Parametre ocenjevanja smo določili na podlagi vnaprej določenih ključnih kazalnikov učinkovitosti na način, da smo te kaskadno porazdelili med posamezne svetovalce v obliki ciljev, ki vplivajo na rezultate posameznih ključnih kazalnikov učinkovitosti. Paziti smo morali, da so cilji motivacijski, dosegljivi in da imajo zaposleni vpliv na doseganje posameznega cilja. Pomagali smo si z dvema programskima rešitvama, DEXi in Microsoftov Excel 2016, kamor smo vnesli posamezne cilje, posamezne ocene, ter rezultate med seboj primerjali. Rezultati se med seboj delno razlikujejo, saj smo v Excelu operirali s številkami, v DEXi pa z opisnimi vrednostmi.

Title:EMPLOYEE EVALUATION IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT
Abstract:In this thesis we have developed a decision model, which has helped us in evaluating employee performance. The parameters of evaluation were determined on the basis of pre-defined key performance indicators. This was done by partitioning the parameters in a cascading manner between individual consultants in the form of objectives that affect the results of individual key performance indicators. We had to make sure that the objectives were motivating, achievable, and to give employees the chance to achieve their individual objectives. We used two software solutions DEXi and Microsoft Excel 2016. We entered individual goals, individual evaluations, and then compared the results. The results display some differences, because Excel operated with numbers and in DEXi we entered descriptive values.
