Abstract:
Logistični procesi so del vseh procesov v podjetju in so ključnega pomena za opravljanje dejavnosti podjetja ter zadovoljitev potreb strank. Rast elektronskega poslovanja je povečala tudi rast podjetij, ki se ukvarjajo z dostavo pošiljk. Eno izmed takšnih podjetij je tudi podjetje DHL Ekspres Slovenija, d. o. o. Analiza logističnega procesa dostave pošiljk v izbranem podjetju je izpostavila problem zamude pri dostavi pošiljk strankam, ki jih je treba cariniti. Zamude so posledica manjkajoče oziroma nepopolne dokumentacije za carinjenje. Na temelju celovite analize predlagamo zaposlitev osebe, ki bo razbremenila zaposlene v procesih dostave pošiljk strankam. Z zaposlitvijo bi carinski referent pridobil čas za pregled dokumentacije za pošiljke, ki še niso prispele v Slovenijo, in vnaprej obveščal stranke o manjkajoči dokumentaciji. S predčasno pridobljeno dokumentacijo bi se natančneje določila koda carinskega postopka pošiljk in omogočila večja pravilnost izbire ter krajši čas izvedbe carinskega postopka. Carinski deklaranti bi bili bolj učinkoviti. Omogočeni bi bili večja organiziranost, hitrejša odzivnost, manjše število nadur, skrajšal pa bi se tudi čas dostave pošiljk strankam. Predlagata se tudi posodobitev tehnološke opreme in posodobitev sistema klicanja strank, kar bi skrajšalo delovni postopek in omogočilo pravočasno obveščanje strank in hitrejšo dostavo pošiljk ter večje zadovoljstvo strank.

Redesign of logistics process in DHL Express Slovenia d.o.o.
Abstract:
Logistics processes are part of all business processes and are crucial for the company’s existence and the customer’s satisfaction. The growth of electronic commerce has increased the growth of the (express) delivery companies. DHL Express Slovenia, d. o. o. is one of them. The analysis of its logistics process shows the delays in delivery process of the shipments that need to be custom. It was found that this is a result of missing or incomplete documentation for the custom process. We suggest that the company employ one employee, who will relieve employees in the customer’s delivery process. Because of that, the customs officer would be more effective and would have the time to review the documentation for the shipments that had not arrived to the airport yet and would inform customers about the possible missing documents. He could determine the code for the custom process, which would shorter the process. The work would be more organized, the response and delivery time shorter, the overtime reduced, and customers satisfied. We also proposed the modernization of the technological equipment and modernize the calling system that would shorten the process and enable faster customer information, faster shipment’s delivery and customers would be satisfied.
