Abstract:	Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na dejanski primer gradnje manj zahtevnega stanovanjskega objekta in proučuje možnosti zagotavljanja minimalne komunalne oskrbe. Ker objekta ni možno priklopiti na javno kanalizacijo, je bilo potrebno izbrati ustrezno čistilno napravo. Prav tako se je pojavil problem pri odvajanju meteorne in prečiščene kanalizacijske vode, saj je bilo potrebno izvesti podboj ceste z raketo in kanal za odvajanje prečiščene odpadne vode v potok. Problema oskrbe z vodo smo se lotili z raziskavo samooskrbe. Po primerjavi med rastlinsko čistilno in biološko čistilno napravo smo ugotovili, da našemu primeru najbolj ustreza biološka čistilna naprava. Za oskrbo z vodo pa smo izbrali sistem GreenLife, ki bo deževnico prečistil v neoporečno vodo. Objektu pa smo zagotovili dostop s priključkom na javno cesto in priklop na električno energijo.

Title:	Project execution plan and construction of a less demanding residential building on a partly regulated infrastructure on a building property
Abstract:	The thesis focuses on an actual case of construction of a less complex residential building and examines the possibilities of providing minimal public utility. The object cannot be connected to the public sewage system, hence the appropriate treatment plant must be chosen. A problem with the drainage of rainwater and purified sewage water has also occured, since a road jamb had to be constructed, as well as a canal for the drainage of purified wastewater into a stream. The problem of water supply has been dealt with by researching self-supply. After comparing a plant-based treatment plant and a biological treatment plant it has been concluded that the latter is the most appropriate for the case dealt with in the thesis. Water supply would be provided by GreenLife which would purify rainwater into impeccable water. The access to the object has been provided by the connection to the public road and to electricity.
