Abstract:
Diplomsko delo z naslovom Dejanske kompetence študentov predšolske vzgoje na področju športnih dejavnosti v vrtcu je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen otrokov razvoj, pomen gibalnih dejavnosti za otrokov celostni in motorični razvoj, načrtovanje gibalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu in vloga odraslega v vrtcu. Opredeljene so tudi kompetence in njihov pomen. Empirični del predstavlja rezultate raziskav, opravljene z anketnim vprašalnikom po neslučajnostnem vzorcu 111 študentov Pedagoške fakultete Univerze v Mariboru in Univerze na Primorskem. Namen raziskave je bil opredeliti študenta kot profil profesionalnega vzgojitelja in preučiti dejanske kompetence študentov predšolske vzgoje na področju gibanja. Ugotovili smo, da so študentje predšolske vzgoje dobro seznanjeni z otrokovim telesnim in gibalnim razvojem ter da so za izvajanje gibalno športnih dejavnosti v vrtcu, najbolje usposobljeni študentje, ki imajo končano splošno gimnazijo. Glede na pomembnost ocenjevanja kompetenc na področju gibanja med študenti študijskih programov Predšolske vzgoje Univerze v Mariboru in Univerze na Primorskem ni razlik, prav tako tudi ni razlik med temi študenti, glede na ocenjevanje usposobljenosti za izvajanje vsebin na področju gibanja.

Actual competences of preschool education students in the area of sports activities at the preschool
Abstract:
Diploma thesis with the title Actual Competences of Preschool Education Students in the Area of Sports Activities at the Preschool consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part a child’s development, the importance of motor activities for a child’s integral and motoric development, planning of motoric activities at the preschool and the role of an adult at the preschool is presented. The competences and their importance are defined as well. The empirical part represents the results of researches done with a survey, based on a coincidental sample of 111 students of Faculty of Education of Universities of Maribor and Primorska. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to define a student as a profile of professional preschool teacher and to study actual competences of the preschool education students in the area of sports activities. We have concluded that the preschool education students are familiar with a child’s physical and motoric development and that the students which finished general secondary education are the most competent to execute motoric sports activities at the preschool. Given the importance of the assessment of competence in the area of sports activities, there are no differences among the students of pre-school education courses of University of Maribor and students of University of Primorska. As there are no differences between the same students with respect to the assessment of capacity to implement the content on the area of sports activities.
