Abstract:
V diplomskem delu se ukvarjamo s prenovo oskrbovanja proizvodnje varnostnega stekla v podjetju Reflex, d. o. o. Podjetje ima okoli 300 zaposlenih, posluje dobro in ima redne stranke. Ker želijo ugoditi strankam z vse krajšimi dobavnimi roki, smo se v tem delu ukvarjali z zmanjšanjem proizvodnih časov. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo opredelili notranjo logistiko, organizacijo proizvodnje, varnostno steklo in proizvodnjo. V praktičnem delu smo predstavili obstoječe stanje v podjetju in naredili kritično analizo, s katero smo poiskali vzroke za dolge proizvodne čase. Z izdelavo procesne karte smo ugotovili, da se za proizvodnjo varnostnega stekla porablja veliko več časa, kot bi bilo potrebno. Če hočemo proizvodnjo varnostnega stekla pospešiti, moramo odstraniti dejavnike, ki podaljšujejo proizvodni čas. To smo storili v poglavju o predlogu rešitve problema. V tem poglavju smo predstavili model, po katerem naj bi se podjetje ravnalo, da bi skrajšalo proizvodne čase in s tem lažje dobavljalo popolne dobave ob določenih rokih. Zaključili smo z opisom pogojev za uvedbo rešitve ter s predstavitvijo možnosti za razvoj v prihodnosti.

Title:
Renovation of supplying safety glass production in Reflex d.o.o.
Abstract:
In this thesis we are dealing with the renovation of supplying the production of safety glass in the company Reflex, d.o.o. The company has around 300 employees, operates well and has regular customers. We were trying to reduce production times, because they want to satisfy all their customers with shorter delivery dates. In the theoretical part of the thesis we identified internal logistics, organization of production, safety glass and production. In the second chapter we presented the existing situation in the company and we made critical analysis, with which we found that production of safety glass consumes much more time than would be necessary. If we want to accelerate the production of safety glass, we must remove the factors responsible for delays. We have done this in third chapter. There we presented a model which cut the production times and results in easier complete deliveries at the specific time limits. We concluded thesis with a description of the conditions to impose solutions as well as presenting opportunities for future development.
