Abstract:Tema diplomskega projekta je obravnava organizacije sodobnega podjetja. Organizacija sodobnega podjetja je naloga managemanta, ki se ukvarja s procesi, strukturami in ostalimi dejavniki, ki vplivajo na delovanje podjetij. Preko študija izbrane literature iz področja organizacije, kadrov smo razvili predloge za izboljšanje organiziranja podjetij, ki smo jih preverili v praksi delovanja izbranega podjetja. Organizacija sodobnih podjetij je kompleksen proces, ki ne vključuje več samo hierarhične organiziranosti ampak vključuje številne različne poglede na delovanje podjetij. Poleg jasne organizacijske strukture, je pomembno, da podjetja pri lastnem organiziranju zaznavajo povečano vlogo pomembnosti kadrov, ki niso več le zaposleni ampak so predvsem aktivni dejavnik razvoja podjetja. Poleg tega ugotavljamo, da se čedalje več uporabljajo nove oblike organiziranja podjetij. Klasični model podjetja z jasno hierarhično strukturo se vedno bolj kombinira s procesnim razumevanjem delovanja podjetja, kar vodi v razvoj različnih organizacijskih struktur. Podjetja so čedalje bolj podvržena spremembam, zato je zelo pomembno, da se privadijo na sprejemanje sprememb in njihovo uvajanje v vsakdanji poslovni proces. Sodobna podjetja prevzemajo horizontalno (procesno) obliko organiziranosti, ki še dodatno zabriše meje med hierarhičnimi nivoji in ustvarja vse večjo klimo sodelovanja. Hieararhija v delovanju podjetij še vedno ostaja, vendar je veliko bolj prožna in manj vezana na enega ali pa nekaj odločevalcev, kot je bilo to v preteklosti.

Title:ORGANIZATION OF MODERN ENTERPRISES
Abstract:The topic of the diploma project deals with the organization of modern enterprises. The organization of modern business is s complex process, which deals with the processes, structures and other factors that affect the operation of enterprises. Through the study of selected literature in the field of organization and human resources we have developed proposals for improving the organization of the companies that we tested in practical operation of the selected companies. The organization of modern enterprises is a complex process involving not only the hierarchical structure but includes a number of different views on the functioning of enterprises. In addition to the clear organizational structure, it is important that companies in their own organization perceive the increased importance of the role of human resources, which are no longer just employees but are primarily active factor in the development of the company. Moreover, we find that more and more use of new forms of organizing enterprises appears. The classic model of a company with a clear hierarchical structure is increasingly combined with process understanding of the company, leading to the development of various organizational structures. Companies are increasingly subject to change, so it is very important to become accustomed to accepting the changes and their implementation in everyday business processes. Modern companies assume horizontally (process) form of organization, which further blurs the borders between hierarchical levels and creates a growing climate of cooperation. Hierarchy in operation companies still remains, but is much more flexible and less bound to one or a few decision makers, as was the case in the past.
