Abstract:
Glavni namen diplomskega dela je popis delovanja procesa na papirnem stroju 6 za različne vrste papirja, ki jih na tem stroju izdelujemo in pripadajoče nastavitve na stroju. Nastavitve papirnega stroja vplivajo na kvaliteto papirja, kar smo ugotovili s pripadajočimi analizami v procesu in analizami izdelanega papirja. Rezultati kažejo, da je pri višji porabi energije višja stopnja mletja papirja kot pri nižji porabi energije. Ugotovili smo, da z uporabo kvalitetnejšega surovinskega vnosa porabimo manj energije. Izdelan papir na papirnem stroju 6 smo spremljali še naprej v nadaljnjih fazah proizvodnje pri predelavi na 10. liniji. Tudi pri izdelavi končnih izdelkov na 10. liniji smo popisali nastavitve na stroju in opravili pripadajoče analize končnih izdelkov. Rezultati analiz kažejo, da je kvaliteta končnega izdelka odvisna od različnih nastavitev na stroju, saj če zmanjšamo pritisk mikro makro valjev toaletna papir postane nekompakten in ni primeren za prodajo. Zato je pomembno, da najdemo optimalne nastavitve na stroju, ki omogočajo nemoten proces predelave toaletnega papirja.

Mathematical model of analyses results within toilet paper industry
Abstract:
The main objective of my dissertation is the registry of the work process on the paper machine 6 for various kinds of paper, that we produce on this machine and the correspondingly settings of the machine. The settings of the paper machine impact the quality of paper, what we found out with relevant analyses on the process and analyses of the produced paper. Results show, that by higher energy consumption the degree of grinding is higher that by the smaller energy consumption. We discovered, that when we use more quality raw material intake we consume less energy. We monitored the produced paper in the paper machine 6 on further phases of development of production in line 10. Also for the production of the main products on line 10, we booked the machine settings and did the relevantly analyses of the main products. The analysis results show, that the quality of the main products is dependent from various settings on the machine, because if we reduce the pressure of micro and macro cylinder of toiler paper that becomes loose rolled and is not suitable for sale. Therefore it is important, that we find out the optimal settings for the machine, which then enable us the undisturbed production process of toilet paper.
