Abstract:
Bistvena sestavina vsakega projekta je zagonska dokumentacija. Za njeno sestavo sta odgovorni dve osebi naročnik projekta in projektni manager. Brez dobro zasnovanega elaborata, žal ni mogoče uresničiti vseh zastavljenih ciljev. Naročnik projekta in projektni manager morata tesno sodelovati. Naloga naročnika projekta je da poda jasne želene rezultate in določitev vseh omejitev, in sicer časovno, kakovostno, finančno in vsebinsko. Projektni manager mora z odgovornostjo sprejeti in strniti naročnikove želje v projektno dokumentacijo in jih uresničiti. Projekt mora v projektni dokumentaciji biti podrobno predstavljen in razumljiv vsem udeležencem projekta. Prav tako mora opredeliti osnovne komponente projekta, kot so vsebina, opis poslovne ideje, cilji, nameni, taktika izvedbe projekta, vplivni dejavniki projekta, raznimi plani (plan aktivnosti, časovni, mrežni, terminski, plan stroškov, virov, tveganj, omejitev ipd). Zaradi kompleksnosti projekta in uporabnih vrednosti dognanj zagonskega elaborata je potreben celovit pristop k raziskovanju. V diplomskem delu bo uporabljena strokovna literatura in interni podatki podjetja Hočevar agro trgovina, d. o. o. ter lastni izračuni in ocene.

Title:
Construction project of modern meat processing plant
Abstract:
A key element of every project is the start-up documentation. There are two persons responsible for it, a client and a project manager. A project plan needs to be well schemed in order to achieve all the goals. The client and the project manager have to work together well. The client needs to state the results clearly and determine the requests according to time, quality, finance and contents. The project manager's role is to accept the client's wishes, combine them in the start-up documentation and actualize them. The project needs to be presented in details in the project documentation and well understood by all the participants of the project. The project documentation also defines the main components of the project, such as the contents, the description of the business idea, the goals, the purpose, the technique of the project execution, the influential factors of the project and various plans like plans of activities, time and date schedules, plan of expenses, sources, risks, limitations etc. It is important to use a comprehensive approach to the research due to the complexity of the project and because of the useful findings of the start-up project plan. Technical literature and internal sources of Hočevar agro trgovina, d. o. o. company will be used as well as personal calculations and evaluations.
