Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava problem neuporabnosti malih kmetijskih strojev na strmini zaradi slabega oprijema koles. V nalogi bodo izdelane štiri variante rešitev zgoraj navedenega problema. Vse rešitve morajo vsebovati pomične zobe za nastavljanje ugrezne površine. Vsaka varianta bo imela svoj edinstveni način povečanja in zmanjšanja ugrezne površine. Izdelati bo potrebno kosovnico za vsako varianto rešitev. Narisati je potrebno CAD model za vsak element kosovnice in ga opisati. Vsako varianto je potrebno preučiti in napisati prednosti ter slabosti. Potreben je tudi preračun, ki služi kot dokaz, da je vsaka varianta rešitev realna. Za računalniško podprto konstruiranje bomo uporabljali programski paket CATIA V5R20.

Title:
Designing a metal wheel with an adjustable sinking surface
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of ineffectiveness of small agricultural machines on slopes due to poor grip of the wheels. Four solutions of the issue mentioned above are presented, each containing adjustable cogs for adjusting the sinking surface. Each solution is going to present a unique way of increasing and reducing the sinking surface, and is going to require a bill of materials. Each element of the later requires a CAD model and a corresponding description. The solutions are studied and their advantages and disadvantages described. A preliminary assessment of costs is required to prove the solutions are feasible. The programming package CATIA V5R20 is used for computer aided design.
