Abstract:
Ko se ljudje odločamo za prevozno sredstvo, to dostikrat storimo instinktivno in temu ne posvečamo dosti časa. Pri odločitvi, katero prevozno sredstvo bomo izbrali za različna potovanja v službo, šolo, trgovino ipd, nam je običajno najlažje izbrati osebni avtomobil. Prevelika uporaba osebnih avtomobil pa je privedla do onesnaženosti in nasičenosti večjih mest tako v Evropi kot v Sloveniji. Posledično pa upada raba ostalih načinov prevoza, kot je javni potniški promet, ki enostavno ne predstavlja konkurenco osebnemu avtomobilu. S pomočjo AHP odločitvenega modela bi radi ugotovili, katero je najbolj kakovostno prevozno sredstvo v mestnem potniškem prometu Maribor. Večjo pozornost smo posvetili kriterijem, ki so pomembni pri izbiri prevoznega sredstva, ter kakovosti alternativ na dane kriterije, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo strokovne literature in raziskav. Izkazalo se je, da je AHP primerna metoda pri reševanju kompleksnih problemov, povezanih s prometom, saj omogoča enostavno pot do najustreznejše oz. najboljše rešitve.

Title:
Choice of city means of transport by using AHP decision model
Abstract:
When people decide on the means of transport they often do it instinctively and don’t pay a lot of time in this decision. It’s always kind of easier for us to choose a car when deciding on different journeys to work, school, shop, etc. Excessive use of cars is leading to pollutions and overcrowding of major cities in Europe, as in Slovenia. As a result in decreasing use of other modes of transport, such as public transport, which simply don’t constitute in competition of passenger car. With the help of AHP decision model we would like to find out, which is the highest quality means of transport in urban passenger transport Maribor. Greater attention was paid to the criteria that are important in the choice of city means of transport, as well as quality of alternatives to given criteria, which we gained by using professional literature and research. I turned out the AHP is a suitable method for solving complex problem associated with transport, allowing easy route to the give the best solution.
