Abstract:	Pri pregledu celotne proizvodnje linije peletov smo opazili, da na koncu pri pakirni liniji nastajajo visoki stroški ročnega pakiranja peletov v vreče po 15 kg. Z diplomsko nalogo smo hoteli dokazati, da lahko z vpeljavo polavtomata za pakiranje peletov racionaliziramo stroške, odpravimo odvečne manipulacije, odvečne notranje poti, naredimo delo prijaznejše delavcu, povečamo produktivnost dela in omogočimo hitrejše delo. Letno prodajo okoli 240.000 vreč peletov po 15 kg, povpraševanja po vrečah paletov pa še narašča. Letni strošek obstoječega stanja znaša 30.970, 62 €. Z vpeljavo polavtomatskega pakirnega stroja bi delno nadomestili človeški faktor in s tem razbremenili delavca. Poleg pakirnega stroja bi vpeljali tudi polavtomatsko napravo za ovijanje palet. Investicija bi skupaj znašala 25.925 €, povrnila pa bi se nam v manj kot enem letu.

Title:	Rationalization of cost proposal for the introduction of a pellet packing machine in the company Biomasa d.o.o.
Abstract:	The review of the entire production line of wood pellets has shown us that in the end, high costs incur due to manual packing of pellets in 15 kg bags on a packing line. In this diploma paper we wanted to prove that we can rationalise costs, eliminate redundant manipulation and internal routes with the semi-automatic packaging system. We can also create an employee-friendly work environment, increase productivity and the pace of work. Around 240,000 bags of pellets in 15 kg are sold annually and the demand for them is still growing. The annual cost of the status quo is €30.970,62. With the introduction of semi-automatic wood pellet packaging machine we would replace the human factor and relieve workers. In addition to the packing machine, we would also introduce a semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine. The total amount invested would be €25,925 but it would be repaid in less than one year.
