Abstract:
Razvoj gospodarstva je posamezne ustanovitelje organizacij sčasoma privedel do uporabe sistemskega razmišljanja, s katerim na ustvarjalen način ter s pravilnimi strategijami pridobivajo nove priložnosti na trgu ter s tem dosegajo konkurenčno prednost. Pri tem je pomembno, da podjetje deluje v inovativnem okolju, v katerem s spremembami posegajo v različna področja poslovanja, pri čemer dosegajo napredek in razvoj. Ključno vlogo pri tem ima proces difuzije novosti, ki se opredeljuje skozi štiri glavne elemente, kot proces s katerim je inovacija v določenem času preko določenih kanalov in s komuniciranjem prenesena med člane družbenega sistema. Inoviranje, pri katerem gre za dejavnost, ki uporablja specifično lastnost imenovano inovativnost za dosego nastanka invencije, najdemo tudi v proučevanem podjetju. Ker je to manjše podjetje, nas je zanimal pristop širjenja novosti med potencialne kupce; ali podjetje razume pomen posameznih elementov difuzije ter uporabo komunikacijskih kanalov.

Title:
Innovating with Application of Diffusion Process in a Small Company
Abstract:
The development of the economy has eventually led the individual founders of organizations to use sistemic thinking which is in a creative way and with proper strategies gaining them new oppurtunities in the market and thus achieving competitive advantage. It is important that the company operates in an innovative enviroment in which the changes they make interfere with different aspects of business and make progress and developoment. A key role plays the process of the diffusion of innovation, which is defined through four main elements, as the process by which an innovation is at a given time through certain channels and by communicating transferred among other members of a social system. Innovating, which is an activity that uses a specific characteristic called innovation to achieve the formation of invention, can also be found in the observed company. Because this is a smaller company we were interested in the approach to the spread of innovations among the potential buyers; how the company understands the meaning of individual elements of diffusion and the use of communication channels.
