Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava optimizacijo tuširne slike vlečnega orodja. Pri globokem vleku izdelka se debelina pločevine spreminja – nekje tanjša, drugje debeli. Na podlagi rezultatov numeričnih simulacij je bil parametrično zmodeliran nov kos s spreminjajočo se debelino po prerezu. Model je bil narejen v programu Catia. Naredila se je tudi primerjava s kosom po globokem vleku. Namen modeliranja je optimizacija vlečnega orodja za zmanjšanje naknadne obdelave (tuširanja). V nalogi so podane tudi osnovne informacije o globokem vleku ter o orodjih za preoblikovanje pločevine.

Title:
Modification of washing image of deep drawing tool using parametric CAD model
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents modification of washing image of deep drawing tool. During the process of deep drawing thickness of the product varies – somewhere is thinner elsewhere thick. Based on the results of numerical simulation new model with variable thickness was modelled using parametrization. The model was made in Catia. The comparison with the actual piece was made. The purpose of the modelling was to optimize deep drawing tool to reduce post-processing (showering). Theoretical basis of deep drawing and deep drawing tools are also presented in the thesis.
