Abstract:
V magistrskem delu obravnavamo poslovanje največjega slovenskega farmacevtskega podjetja Krka, d. d., s Portugalsko. V prvem delu se osredotočimo na farmacevtsko industrijo. Podrobneje predstavimo slovenski in portugalski farmacevtski trg. Sledi analiza portugalskega trga, kjer se osredotočimo na izvoz in uvoz, posebnosti tega trga ter zunanjo trgovino Slovenije s Portugalsko. V drugem delu proučujemo podjetje Krka, d. d., njegovo poslovanje s tujimi trgi in distribucijo. Na koncu se posvetimo še finančni analizi podjetja, ki jo podrobneje predstavimo z izračunom kazalnikov.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS OF SELECTED COMPANY WITH PORTUGAL - KRKA D.D.
Abstract:
Major topic of the master thesis is business analysis of Slovenian largest pharmaceutical company Krka d.d in Portugal. In the first part of the master thesis we focus on pharmaceutical industry. In detail we present Slovenian and Portuguese pharmaceutical market. After that we have an analysis of the Portuguese market, where we focus on the export, import, the analysis of the specific characteristics of this market and foreign trade between Slovenia and Portugal. In second part of the master thesis we examine company Krka d.d. We focus on their foreign markets, distribution and at the end we ultimately focus on financial analysis of Krka d.d., which is presented in detail calculation of the financial indicators.
