Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni postopki konstrukcije, statične analize in kalkulacije lastne cene zložljivega ležalnika. Gre za izdelek, ki združuje funkcije ležalnika in vozička. Rešuje problem neudobnega ležišča in napornega prenašanja stvari na plažo. Ker je izdelek namenjen širšemu trgu, ga je bilo potrebno ovrednotiti in analizirati z ekonomskega in mehanskega vidika. Najprej so opredeljene zahteve izdelka, nato so predstavljeni sestavni elementi in tri možne oblike zložljivega ležalnika. Poiskali smo kritična mesta ob obremenitvi, ki smo jih nadaljnje analizirali. Ovrednotili smo lastno ceno, ki znaša 63,65 € in prodajno ceno izdelka, ki znaša 89,90 €. Uporabili smo analitične preračune, kot tudi moderne metode, s katerimi smo oblikovali in numerično analizirali zložljivi ležalnik. Dokazali smo, da bo lahko ležalnik prenašal breme človeka mase 120 kg. V preračunih smo upoštevali varnostni faktor v = 2.

Title:
Design, analysis and cost evaluation of a folding deck chair
Abstract:
This thesis presents the construction methods, static analysis and cost price calculation of a folding deck chair. It is a product that combines the functions of a deck chair and a stroller. It solves the problem of uncomfortable laying ground and tough transportation of equipment to the beach. Since the product is intended for a wider market, it was necessary to evaluate the price of the product from both the economical and mechanical points of view. Firstly we defined the product's requirements, then presented the constituent elements and all possible forms of a folding deck chair. We identified critical points under load, which were further analyzed. Our evaluated cost price amounts to 63,65 €, and the evaluated selling price amounts to 89,90 €. We designed and numerically analyzed the product by using analytical adjustments as well as modern methods. Our results show that the deck chair can hold up to 120kg. This calculation is based on a safety factor of v=2.
