Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen sistem strojnega vida, za zaznavanje prisotnosti navojev v izvrtinah določenih izdelkov z USB računalniško kamero in krmiljenje na podlagi prisotnosti navojev. V nalogi sta opisani strojna in programska oprema, uporabljeni za izvedbo naloge. Opisan je postopek, po katerem smo ugotavljali prisotnost navojev in povezava z industrijskim krmilnikom SIMATIC, s katerim je izvedeno krmiljenje. Predstavljena je tudi namembnost in omejitve sistema.

THE SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION BASED ON THE DETECTION OF THREADING PRESENCE WITH USB CAMERA
Abstract:
The thesis aims to present a machine vision system for detection the presence of threading with USB camera and control based on the presence of threading. Described are hardware and software as well as all the procedures used in the thesis. The method, which was applied for the detection of threading and its interconnection with industrial controller SIMATIC that was applied for control, is also presented. The purpose and limitations of the system are also presented.
