Abstract:Strateška zavezništva pomenijo za slovensko gospodarstvo poseben izziv, saj se naša podjetja srečujejo s problemom nizke konkurenčne sposobnosti in nezmožnosti za spreminjanje priložnosti v razvojne možnosti, kar je pogoj za razvoj in rast ter nadaljnji obstoj podjetja. Vsa formirana strateška zavezništva niso že sama po sebi uspešna. Med dejavniki uspešnosti strateških zavezništev izstopa izbira primernega strateškega zaveznika kot kritični dejavnik, zato moramo pred izbiro strateškega zaveznika potencialne partnerje podrobno proučiti. V prispevku predstavljamo metodo za proučitev potencialnih strateških zaveznikov in možne kriterije za izbiro strateškega zaveznika.

Title:Selection of strategic allies
Abstract:Strategic alliances represent a special challenge for the Slovenian economy. This is because our companies are faced with the problem of low ability to meet competition and the inability to change opportunities into development possibilities, which is the condition for development, growth and further existence of a company. Not all formed strategic alliences are automatically successful. Among the factors of the success of strategic alliances, the choice of a suitable strategic ally is of critical importance. Therefore, potential partners must be thorougly studied before choosing a strategic ally. This contribution presents a method for studying potential strategic allies and possible criteria for the selection of strategic allies.
