Že v preteklosti so se ljudje zanimali za lastnosti prsti, da so lahko sklepali o pridelku. Danes je poznavanje prsti precej poenostavljeno, saj za to obstajajo številni pripomočki in načini. V prispevku so obravnavani splošni načini prepoznavanja prsti.
