Abstract:
Magistrska naloga podaja predlog načina izvedbe mestne prenove. Opredeljuje področja mestne prenove, odgovorne akterje ter ukrepe. Vsebuje teoretično zasnovo mestne prenove, ki jo razdelimo na gospodarsko, družbeno in okoijsko. Teoretično zasnovo razvijemo na konkretnem primeru prenove starega mestnega jedra Ptuja. Pri nalogi se osredotočimo na koncept zasnove projektov okoljske prenove in vpliva le-te na ostali dve prenovi. Glavni projekt okoljske prenove je ureditev sedmega in osmega kareja, kjer določimo namembnost objektov, ureditev zunanjega prostora ter prenovo objekta stare usnjarne in dograditev novih objektov.

URBAN-ARCHITECTURAL RENOVATION OF MEDIEAL CENTRE PTUJ
Abstract:
Master thesis proposes an implementation mode of urban renewal. It identifies the areas of urban renewal, responsible actors and actions. It contains a theoretical concept of urban renewal, which is divided into economic, social and environmental renewal. The theoretical concept isdeveloped in the present case, the renovation of the old town of Ptuj. Our task is to focus on the concept of project design of environmentalrenovations and its affect in the other two renovations. The main project is the renovation of the environmental regulation of the seventh and eighth area where we will determine the intention of facilities usage, arrangement of outer space and the renovation of the building of the oldtannery and completion of new facilities.
