Abstract:
Za dobro delovanje gospodarstva je promet ter z njim povezana infrastruktura ključnega pomena razvoja države. Razvoj transportne in logistične infrastrukture mora biti opredeljen v vseh ključnih dokumentih države. Nič kolikokrat poudarjamo o strateški geografski legi Slovenije in s tem veliko možnost razvoja prometne infrastrukture. Kot je znano pa to seveda ni dovolj, saj so tukaj še ljudje ki bodo upravljali in uporabljali infrastrukturo. Za upravljanje razvite infrastrukture je potrebno imeti izobražene in kakovostne kadre, saj so organizacije - podjetja odvisni od svojih zaposlenih. Za kakovostne kadre pa je razvoj kadrov ključnega pomena. V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali sistem razvoja kadrov na Slovenskih železnicah - Potniškem prometu d.o.o. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili del kadrovske funkcije in obstoječ sistem razvoja kadrov v podjetju Slovenske železnice - Potniški promet, d.o.o. V nadaljevanju naloge smo v empiričnem delu izvedli raziskavo, katere cilj je bil ugotoviti dejavnike razvoja kadrov v podjetju v podjetju kot so, i, nagrajevanja in sistemom napredovanja. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da si zaposleni želijo drugačnega načina izobraževanja, bi temeljil na praktičnih primerih iz prakse. Predvsem mislimo na izobraževanje glede prodaje različnih vrst produktov zaradi zapletenih postopkov in komunikacije med zaposlenimi in potniki. Zaposleni si želijo tudi več motiviranja od strani nadrejenih. V nasprotju s tem pa so zaposleni izrazili svoje stališče, da nimajo želje po napredovanju na višja delovna mesta kar je eden izmed temeljnih parametrov za integracijo uspešnega sistema razvoja kadrov v podjetju. Da bi povečali željo zaposlenih pri vertikalnem napredovanju predlagamo, da se jim omogoči aktivno sodelovanje pri prenovi procesov, na osnovi katerega se bo povečla njihova vključenost v delovanje podjetja, s tem pa zainteresiranost po napredovanju.

DEVELOPMENT OF WORKERS IN SLOVENIAN RAILWAYS D.D.
Abstract:
The transport system and related infrastructure is crucial for the effective economy and the overall development of the country. Development of transport and logistics infrastructure should be defined in all key state documents. The strategic geographical position of Slovenia and its high potential for the transport infrastructure development is emphasized many times. However, it is not enough. The human factor also should be considered, since the infrastructure is managed and used by the people. To manage a developed infrastructure it is necessary to have trained and qualified personnel, since organisations and businesses depend on their workforce performance. Thus for highly-qualified personnel the human resources development is of crucial importance. This paper includes the personnel analysis of Slovenian railways - Pasenger trafic employees, and based on findings proposes ways to improve the future development of human resources. The following tasks are performed in the empirical part of the study, the aim of which was to determine the atmosphere in the company, satisfaction with the way training, remuneration and promotion system. The results showed that employees want a different way of learning, based on practical examples from practice. In particular we refer to education on the sale of various types of products due to complicated procedures and communication between employees and passengers. Employees want more motivation from superiors. In contrast, employees expressed their position that they have no desire to progress to higher posts which is one of the fundamental parameters for the successful integration of the system of personnel development in the company. In order to increase the desire of employees vertical progression suggest, to enable them to actively participate in the rehabilitation process, on the basis of which it will povečla their involvement in the operation of the company by the desirability to progress.
