Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena naprava za pranje ulitkov, ki ima nalogo, da po strojni obdelavi ulitkov iz njih opere emulzijo. V nalogi sta opisani strojna in programska oprema, uporabljeni pri realizaciji naprave. Podrobno je predstavljen krmilni sistem SIMATIC S7-300 in programska oprema STEP 7, s katero je bilo izvedeno programiranje krmilnika. Predstavljena sta namembnost in varno upravljanje naprave.

The thesis aims to present casting washing machine, which task is to wash machined castings. Described are components comprising the machine, planning and controling of the machine. Utility and safe operation are also presented.
