Abstract:Varnost pri delu zaseda poseben prostor v vsaki korporaciji, javnem podjetju, poslovnem sistemu, državni instituciji, civilni družbi in pri posamezniku. Z varnostjo pri delu in zdravim delovnim okoljem se nevede srečujemo vsak dan, na vsakem delovnem mestu. Varnost pri delu se prične pri posamezniku. Posameznik je tisti, ki mora ponotranjiti vrednoto varnosti. Če posameznik poskrbi zase (ima interes), potem ne ogroža drugih delavcev na delovnem mestu. Zagotovo pa moramo pri tem izpostaviti tudi delodajalca, ki je dolžan poskrbeti (zakonsko, moralno, ekonomsko) za varno in zdravo delovno okolje. Glede na to, da ves svet postaja velika ekonomska korporacija, bi se delodajalci morali še toliko bolj zavedati prednosti ter koristi izvajanja varnosti pri delu. Za uspešnim podjetjem vedno stoji dobro organizirana varnost. Ali preprosteje, varno podjetje je uspešno podjetje.

Title:TRENDS AND BUSINESS BENEFITS IN THE FIELD OF PROVISION OF HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK
Abstract:Safety at work occupies a special place in every corporation, public enterprise, business system, goverment institutions, civil society and the individual. We meet with safety at work and healthy working environment unknowingly every day, at every workplace. Safety at work begins with an individual. The individual is the one who must internalise the value of the security. If an individual care for himself (has interest), then he/she doesn´t threaten other workers at the workplace. We need to expose the employer, because he/she is obliged to provide (legally, morally, economically) safe and healthy working environment. Considering the fact that the whole world is becoming one big economic corporation, the employers should be even more aware of the advantages and benefits of the implementation of safety at work. Behind successful companies always stands a well-organized security. Or easier, secure company is a successful company.
