Title:METODA SCENARIJA IN NJENA UPORABNOST V IZBRANEM PODJETJU

Abstract:Podjetja se dandanes srečujejo z vse večjimi ovirami pri strateškem planiranju in razvoju. Na te ovire se podjetja ne morejo primerno pripraviti, saj se ne zavedajo, da bodo nanje naletela. Prav zato v delu diplomskega seminarja opisujemo metodo scenarija kot pripomoček za načrtovanje prihodnosti podjetja in njeno uporabnost v izbranem podjetju. Z metodo scenarija lahko podjetje ugotovi, kaj ga čaka v prihodnosti, in se na to ustrezno pripravi. Z njo lahko podjetje tudi ugotovi, ali je sploh smiselno načrtovati razvoj v taki smeri, kot si je na začetku zamislilo. Podjetje, ki smo si ga izbrali za proučevanje v delu diplomskega seminarja je podjetje Medex, d. o. o. V delu diplomskega seminarja smo ugotovili, da je metoda scenarija zelo uporabna za strateško načrtovanje in razvoj podjetja. Podjetju ponudi vpogled v možno sliko prihodnosti in mu omogoči, da se nanjo pripravi. V delu diplomskega seminarja smo metodo scenarija za podjetje uporabili ob predpostavki, da to vstopa na nov, še ne raziskan trg.

Title:SCENARIO METHOD AND ITS APPLICABILITY IN THE SELECTED COMPANY
Abstract:Today companies are faced with increasing obstacles in strategic planning and development. Companies cannot properly prepare for these obstacles, because they are not aware that it is possible that they will face them in the future. Therefore, a part of this thesis presents the scenario method as an aid for planning the future of a company and its applicability in a selected company. The scenario method allows the company to determine what awaits it in the future and its makes it possible for the company to prepare for it properly. With the help of the scenario method, a company can also determine whether it is wise to plan development in the direction that was initially planned. The company, which we have chosen to study, is Medex d.o.o. In this thesis we have established that the scenaro method is very useful for strategic planning and development of a company. The scenario method gives the company a chance to forsee what will happen in the future and to get ready in advance. We have used the scenario method, assuming that the company wants to enter a new, not yet discovered market.
