Abstract:V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili postopek priključitve uporabnika na elektroenergetsko omrežje podjetja Elektro Ljubljana, d.d. Predstavili bomo celoten postopek, vse od prve vloge za izdajo projektnih pogojev pa do zaključka procesa - priključitve objekta na omrežje. Obenem bomo predstavili tudi model poenostavitve postopka izvedbe priključitve bodočega uporabnika na elektroenergetsko omrežje. Dolgotrajni in zapleteni postopki vsekakor bremenijo poslovanje podjetja, zato bi bilo na tem področju potrebno narediti spremembe. Predstaviti želimo smisel poenostavitve postopka in prikazati, da poenostavitve povečujejo hitrost pridobitve potrebne dokumentacije in znižujejo stroške njenega pridobivanja.

Title:MODEL FOR THE SIMPLIFICATION OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CONNECTING FUTURE CONSUMERS TO THE ELECTRICAL GRID MANAGED BY ELEKTRO LJUBLJANA D.D.
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we are going to present the procedure of connecting a user to the electric power grid in the company Elektro Ljubljana, d.d. The entire process is integrated, that is from the first project application to the conclusion of the process, that is the connection of a facility to the network. In addition, we are going to present a process model simplifying the procedure of a connection to the electric power grid for a prospective user. Long and complicated procedures definitely charge the operating of a company, so it would be necessary to make changes in this area. Our goal is to present the meaning of simplifying the procedure. We want to show that these simplifications increase the speed of obtaining the necessary documentation and reduce the costs of getting it as well.
