Abstract:
Na začetku diplomskega dela predstavimo problem ročne manipulacije, križanja transportnih poti, postopka obdelave, kontaminacije. V nadaljevanju predstavimo rešitve za odpravo problemov in način za prenovo proizvodnje. Glavni del začnemo z obstoječim stanjem in podrobneje predstavimo oddelek proizvodnje, ki smo ga izbrali za glavno temo. Predstavimo delovni prostor s posameznimi oddelki obdelave, opišemo potek dela na oddelkih, nato pa sledita celoten opis procesa od začetka do konca in kritična analiza predstavljenega procesa. Kot najbolj ekonomični rešitvi sta se izkazali prenovitev in avtomatizacija proizvodne linije. Prenovitev in avtomatizacijo smo dosegli z novim transportnim sistemom, s strojem za rezanje, z vakuumskim pakirnim strojem, s pakirnim strojem s komoro za krčenje, samodejnim sušilecm in s pakirnim strojem. Predstavimo delovanje prenovljenega proizvodnega procesa ter primerjamo razlike v količini izgub, času, številu delavcev in v prihranku, kar predstavlja veliko večjo učinkovitost. V sklepnem delu predstavimo finančne in infrastrukturne pogoje, potrebne za izvršitev prenove z možnostjo nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:
Renovation of the cheese production line in the company Celeia Dairy Ltd.
Abstract:
In the introduction of the thesis, the problems of manual manipulation, the crossing of transport routes, the processing operation, and contamination are discussed. Then, the solutions how to overcome these problems are presented as well as the proposed way for the renewal of production. In the main part of the thesis, the author of the thesis describes the status quo and then depicts the production department which consitutes the main research question. Furthermore, the working space and the workflow of the individual departments are described. This is followed by a full description of the process from beginning to the very underpinned by a comprehensive critical analysis of the presented process. The most economical solution has proven to be the renovation and automation of the production lines. The renovation and automation have been achived by a new conveyor system, a machine for cutting, a vacuum packing machine, a packing machine with the chamber for contraction, an auto-dryer and a packing machine. The renewed operation of the production process is presented and the differences in the amount of the losses, time, the number of workers and savings which represent a much higher efficiency are compared. In the final part, the financial and infrastructural conditions necessary for the execution of the renovation, with the possibility for further development, are discussed.
