Abstract:
V Sloveniji šele s spremembami in dopolnitvami pravilnika o izobraževalnem programu Glasba, od leta 2010 predstavlja pomembno zakonsko dopolnitev individualnemu in komornemu pouku kitare v glasbenih šolah.

Title:
ARTISTIC LEADERSHIP OF AN INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC GROUP; GUITAR ORCHESTRA
Abstract:
By exploring the sound of chordophones, produced through the vibration of strings, people created different string instruments. The guitar has become a popular instrument and was established into solo and group musical performance. The aim of this thesis is to present the leadership of an instrumental music group of guitars (guitar orchestra) and to connect the theoretical research with own practice. In the research part the qualitative method of document analysis and their descriptive analysis were applied. By displaying the goal-process leadership from planning to implementation and final evaluation, own work with the Guitar Orchestra of the Music School Gornja Radgona has been included into the pedagogical research. Findings have shown that the guitar orchestra as a group form of musical reproduction is recognized in many countries. In Slovenia it became an important statutory replenishment of individual and chamber guitar learning, only with the amendments to The Music School Act – Music Programme (2010). Artistic leader has an important role in the development of a musical group, in the teamwork organization, motivation of guitar orchestra members, and the creation of positive interpersonal relationships. With the presentation of own teaching practice has been found that the work with a guitar orchestra requires the integration of pedagogic-didactical, psychological and professional guitar knowledge and thorough goal-process leadership. Evaluation and assessment descriptors of the individual and group work as well as the performance successfulness along with the public's response, develop further motivation for guitar orchestra activity.
