Title:DINAMIČNO PODJETNIŠTVO IN RAZLIKE MED SPOLOMA

Abstract:Izraz dinamično podjetništvo lahko v današnjem času pogosto zasledimo. Označuje hitrorastoča podjetja, katerih vodje so dinamični podjetniki. Raziskovalec David Birch (1987) jih je poimenoval po izjemno hitrih, elegantnih in okretnih živalih gazele. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo najprej opredelili dinamično podjetništvo po različnih avtorjih, vpliv na gospodarstvo ter dejavnike rasti dinamičnega podjetništva. Raziskovalci se strinjajo, da so gazele gonilo gospodarske rasti in glavni ustvarjalci novih delovnih mest. Nato smo opredelili vodjo dinamičnega podjetja, to je dinamični podjetnik, ki ga opredeljuje kar nekaj pojmov kot so kreativnost, predvidevanje tveganja, usmerjenost v uspeh, inovativnost, ipd. Ker se v podjetništvo vključujejo tudi ženske, čeprav v manjši meri, smo ugotavljali razlike med spoloma ter razloge za manjšo vključenost žensk v podjetništvo. Za uspešne podjetnike, ki vodijo dinamična podjetja so značilne določene lastnosti, katere jih ločijo od nepodjetnikov. V magistrski nalogi smo proučevali osebnostne značilnosti podjetnika: starost, izobrazba, delovne izkušnje, znanja in veščine, položaj v družini ter psihološke značilnosti podjetnika (potrebo po neodvisnosti, potrebo po dosežkih, naklonjenost tveganju, notranji nadzor, samoučinkovitost in inovativnost). V aplikativnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili slovenska dinamična podjetja -gazele v letu 2014. Nato smo se osredotočili na osebnostne in psihološke značilnosti podjetnika in podjetnic. Zanimalo nas je, kateri spol ima bolj izraženo določeno lastnost. Pri analizi podatkov smo ugotovili, da imajo podjetnice višjo izobrazbo in manj delovnih izkušenj kot podjetniki. Pri psiholoških značilnosti pa nismo zaznali statistično značilnih razlik med spoloma, vendar moramo rezultate jemati z določeno mero previdnosti. Zanimalo nas je tudi, če spol vpliva na dejansko rast dinamičnih podjetij in ugotovili, da ne.

Title:DYNAMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GENDERS
Abstract:The term dynamic entrepreneurship nowadays can often be traced. Indicates the high-growth companies whose managers are dynamic entrepreneurs. Researcher David Birch (1987) named them after the extremely fast, elegant and agile animals gazelles. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we first define the dynamic entrepreneurship, according to various authors, the impact on the economy and the growth factors of dynamic entrepreneurship. Researchers agree that they are the main drivers of economic growth and the Gazelles, the creators of new jobs. We then identify the leader of a dynamic enterprise, this is a dynamic entrepreneur who defined a few concepts such as creativity, anticipating risks, orientation to the success, innovation, etc. Whereas, in the enterprise are included women, although to a lesser extent, we have to determine gender differences and the reasons for the lower participation of women in entrepreneurship. For successful entrepreneurs, leading companies are characterized by specific properties, which set them apart from non-entrepreneurs. In the master's thesis we studied the entrepreneur personality characteristics: age, education, work experience, knowledge and skills, the situation in the family and the psychological characteristics of an entrepreneur (the need for independence, the need for affection, achievement, risk, internal control, self-efficacy and innovation). In the applicable part of the master thesis, we present the Slovenian companies-gazelles in 2014. Then we focus on personality and psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur and women entrepreneurs. We were wondering which gender has more expressed a particular property. When analyzing the data, we find that women have a higher education and less work experience as entrepreneurs. In psychological characteristics we did not detect statistically significant differences between the sexes, but we have to take precaution with the specified results. We were wondering if gender affects the actual growth of dynamic companies and found out that does not.
