Title:Reorganizacija procesa ravnanja z odpadki in odpadno embalažo v podjetju Šumi bonboni d.o.o.

Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu smo predstavili način ločevanja odpadkov in odpadne embalaže ter reorganizacijo tega logističnega procesa v podjetju. Glavno vprašanje, ki nas spremlja skozi celotno delo je kako in na kakšen način zbirati odpadke in odpadno embalažo, da s tem dosežemo najvišjo stopnjo ločenega zbiranja odpadkov ter s tem posledično vplivamo na skrb za okolje. V prvem delu smo na splošno opisali logistiko in njene podsisteme ter detajlno razbremenilno logistiko, ki se nanaša na ločevanje odpadkov. Na zakonodajnem področju bomo predstavili najpomembnejše zakonske uredbe, po katerih se mora podjetje Šumi ravnati, da zadosti vsem okoljevarstvenim zahtevam. V drugem delu smo analizirali sedanji proces ravnanja z odpadki in odpadno embalažo, predstavili vrste odpadkov, s katerimi se srečujejo v podjetju ter podali kritično analizo obstoječega ločenega zbiranja odpadkov. Sledila je predstavitev prenove procesa obstoječega sistema, in sicer predlog o uvedbi ekoloških otokov in izgradnja terminala za odpadke. V zaključku smo podali ocene učinkov, pogoje za uvedbo ter možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:Reorganization process management of waste and packaging waste in company Šumi bonboni d.o.o.
Abstract:In this diploma thesis we present a way of separating waste and packaging waste and the reorganization of the logistics process in Šumi bonboni d.o.o. The main question that accompanies us throughout the work is how and in what way to collect waste and packaging waste in order to achieve the highest level of separate collection of waste and consequently influence the care for the environment. In the first part, we generally describe the logistics and its subsystems and detailed relief logistics, which relates to the separation of waste. On the legislative front, we will present the main legal regulation under which the company must deal to meet all environmental requirements. In the second part, we analyze the current process of the waste and packaging waste, presented the types of waste encountered in the company, and gave a critical analysis of the existing kerbside collection. This was followed by the presentation of the renovation process of the existing system, proposal to introduce ecological islands, and the construction of a terminal for waste. In conclusion, we have presented an impact assessment, the conditions for the introduction of, and possibilities for further development.
