Title:PRINCIPLE OF EQUAL TREATMENT OF SHAREHOLDERS IN EUROPEAN UNION LAW ACCORDING TO THE AUDIOLUX CASE
Abstract:The purpose of the thesis was to research the principle of equal treatment of shareholders. The thesis includes an analysis of legal regulations and research literature as well as the case law of Slovenian courts and the European Court of Justice.
