Title:UPORABA AVTOMATIZACIJE MARKETINGA ZA PRIDOBIVANJE NOVIH UPORABNIKOV ZA ELEKTRODISTRIBUCIJSKO PODJETJE

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen predlog nove marketinške strategije in marketinške kampanje za enega izmed slovenskih ponudnikov električne energije. Marketinška kampanja bi s pomočjo avtomatizacije marketinga ponudniku prinesla nove potencialne stranke in nove naročnike. Obenem bi bila marketinška kampanja tudi začetek nove marketinške strategije, ki zahteva prenovo nekaterih delovnih procesov. Oddelek marketinga bi začel izvajati t. i. vhodni marketing (angl. inbound marketing), kjer bi v središče postavili marketinški informacijski sistem, ki shranjuje vse relevantne informacije o potencialnih strankah in naročnikih. V magistrski nalogi so poleg strategije in kampanje opisani tudi potrebni koraki za uvedbo nove marketinške strategije, koraki za izbiro rešitve avtomatizacije marketinga ter primerjava petih različnih rešitev za avtomatizacijo marketinga.

Title:USE OF MARKETING AUTOMATION FOR INCREASING A NUMBER OF NEW CUSTOMERS FOR AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER COMPANY
Abstract:Master thesis contains a proposal for a new marketing strategy and a marketing campaign for one of Slovenian electricity suppliers. To get the supplier new leads and new customers marketing automation would be used. This marketing campaign would be the beginning of its marketing renovation and would require changes in the work process. It would include inbound marketing and use of marketing information system as a hub for all the lead and customer data. The master thesis also contains the necessary steps to start the new marketing strategy, advice on how to choose the appropriate marketing automation solution and a comparison of five different marketing automation solutions.
