Abstract:
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih izražamo, kot emocionalno stanje posameznika ali skupine. Posameznik doživlja delo, ga pojmuje, ocenjuje stanje delovnega okolja, in pridobiva izkušnje pri delu. Zadovoljstvo pri delu lahko opredelimo kot pozitivno vrednoto posameznika, da se rad odpravi na delo, se veseli izzivov na delu, pri tem pa se sprožajo pozitivni občutki na delo in se odpira optimistični pogled na karierno prihodnost. Zadovoljni in visoko motivirani zaposleni lahko uresničujejo zastavljene cilje in so učinkoviti na delovnem mestu. Ugotovljeno je, da je organizacija močna toliko, kolikor je močan človeški kapital v njej. Zadovoljstvo se potrjuje tudi preko podatka, da je najpogostejši vzrok fluktuacije slabo in neustrezno opravljanje del.

INTEGRATION AND SATISFACTION OF HEALTH WORKERS
Abstract:
The satisfaction of employees can be defined as an emotional state of an individual or of a group. The individual sees and comprehends their work, judges the state of their work environment and gains experience. Work satisfaction can be defined as a positive value of an individual that reflects in their love for work and looking forward to new challenges which all contributes to positive emotions about work and an optimistic view of their future career. Satisfied and highly motivated employees attain their goals and are efficient. It has been proved that an organization is as strong as their human resources. The importance of satisfaction is confirmed by the fact that badly or insufficiently done work is the main reason for fluctuation.
