Abstract:
Proces vračanja popisov pošiljk je samo delček vseh operacij, ki potekajo znotraj poštnega poslovanja. Med opravljanjem in opazovanjem dela je bilo zaznanih nekaj pomanjkljivosti (dolgotrajno delo, neuporaba informacijske tehnologije, neustrezen delovni prostor itd.). Največji problem se pojavi pri iskanju določenega podjetja. To poteka s pomočjo seznama z neažurnimi podatki. S pomočjo kritične analize in vzročno-posledičnega diagrama bomo spoznali dejavnike in vzroke, ki ovirajo proces dela, ter na podlagi ugotovitev podali predloge za rešitev problema.

Title:
Simplifying the process of return registered shipments to companies
Abstract:
The process of returning registered shipments to companies is only a fraction of all operations in the postal business. While performing and observing the work itself, some weaknesses were detected, for example long-term work, failure to use information technology, inappropriate work space, etc. The biggest problem occurs in finding a specific company, primarily due to outdated information on the list that is used. By means of the critical analysis and cause–and–effect diagram, we are acquainted with the factors and causes that impede the work process. Based on the findings, we will present suggestions for solving the problem.
