Abstract:Timsko delo je eden izmed načinov soočanja z izzivi v organizaciji. Tim je skupina ljudi, ki si izmenjujejo izkušnje in znanje, oblikujejo cilje ter so med seboj povezani (Jeler, 2009). Timska organiziranost dela povečuje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, izboljša kakovost dela ter pozitivno vpliva na večjo učinkovitost zaposlenih. Vodja tima spodbuja celoten tim k oblikovanju ciljev in nalog. Pomembno v timskem delu pa je, da tako vodja kot tudi člani tima sodelujejo pri oblikovanju ciljev in pravil, ki bodo v timu delovala. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov – iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge želimo predstaviti timsko delo kot učinkovito metodo za delo v podjetju. Predstaviti želimo tako pozitivne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na učinkovito timsko delo, kot tudi negativne dejavnike, ki timsko delo otežujejo. Drugi del diplomskega dela pa predstavlja raziskavo. Na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika smo med zaposlenimi, ki delujejo v timu, ugotavljali njihov pogled na timsko metodo dela in določanje dejavnikov, ki pomembno vplivajo na timsko delo. Anketni vprašalnik smo razdelili med zaposlene na bencinskih servisih po Sloveniji. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo raziskovanja. Raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli, je pokazala pozitiven odnos zaposlenih do timske metode dela. Anketiranci ne razlikujejo med skupino in timom. Posebej so izpostavili pomen vodje, ki v timu povezuje člane in sprejema odločitve. Kot glavne dejavnike uspešnega timskega dela bi lahko izpostavili: medsebojno zaupanje in sodelovanje članov tima, uspešnost vodje tima, znanje posameznih članov tima, sproščeno in odkrito komunikacijo, jasno opredeljenost vlog članov tima. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na uspešnost timske metode dela in njenega pomena za rast in razvoj sodobne organizacije. Pomemben cilj naloge je zavedanje, da vsako timsko delo ni dobro in da je za treba za uspešno timsko delo najti prave dejavnike, ki nas pripeljejo do učinkovitega tima, s tem pa do učinkovitejšega poslovanja in uspeha podjetja.

Title:FACTORS OF EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK
Abstract:Teamwork is one of the ways of meeting challenges in an organization. A team is a group of people who share their experience and knowledge, set common goals and are interconnected. Organized teamwork increases employee satisfaction, improves work quality and has a positive impact on the performance of employees. A team leader encourages the whole team to get actively involved in setting goals and tasks. In teamwork, however, it is important that both the leader and team members work together in laying down the objectives and rules to be followed by the team. The diploma thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to present teamwork as an effective way of working in a company. The thesis presents positive factors that help foster successful teamwork, as well as negative factors that hinder it. The second part of the diploma thesis builds on a practical study. By conducting a survey among people working in teams, we tried to find out how they felt about teamwork and factors that have a significant impact on it. Survey questionnaires were distributed among employees at petrol stations across Slovenia. A descriptive method of research was applied. The study showed the employees had a positive attitude to working in teams. The respondents confuse the terms group and team. They particularly stressed the importance of leaders, who act as linking agents between team members and make decisions. The following aspects may be highlighted as deciding factors in successful teamwork: mutual trust and cooperation, team leader performance, knowledge of each individual team members, relaxed and open communication clearly defined roles of team members. The results of the study show that working in teams indeed bears fruit and that it is essential to the growth and development of modern organizations. An important conclusion drawn from this thesis is that one should keep in mind not all teamwork is good and that for teamwork to be successful the right factors need to be brought together in order to build an effective team, which in turn leaders to a more successful business.
