Abstract:
Zajemanje merilnih podatkov se je v preteklosti izvajalo na različne načine. Z razvojem informacijske tehnologije so se načini zajemanja merilnih podatkov oziroma odbirkov spreminjali in stroškovno optimizirali. Razvoj merilnih naprav je prav z informacijsko tehnologijo in tehnologijo elektronike naredil v zadnjem času velik tehnološki napredek. Sistem daljinskega odbiranja merilnih naprav ni namenjen samo odbiranju stanj iz števcev, ampak združuje tudi druge funkcije, ki direktno ali posredno vplivajo na stroškovno učinkovitost podjetja. Med direktne štejemo zmanjševanje stroškov odbiranja merilnih naprav ter zmanjševanje izgub energije v omrežju, med posredne vplive pa štejemo določene poslovne modele, ki omogočajo zmanjševanje stroškov. V nalogi je prikazana primerjava investicij v indukcijske števce in sistemske števce. Prav tako je narejena primerjava stroškov vzdrževanja in stroškov zajemanja merilnih podatkov za potrebe obračuna med indukcijskimi in sistemskimi števci. Navedene so tudi koristi uvajanja sistemskih števcev in preoblikovanja poslovnih procesov z namenom boljše stroškovne učinkovitosti podjetja. Zmanjševanje izgub energije v distribucijskem omrežju je zahtevna naloga, saj je omrežje zelo razvejano in ima veliko merilnih točk, kjer se meri prejeto in oddano električno energijo. Za obvladovanje izgub energije podjetje Elektro Celje, d. d. uporablja programsko orodje, ki ima vgrajene algoritme za izračun izgub energije. Algoritmi v programskem orodju so zasnovani tako, da znajo izračunati električne veličine v vsakem trenutku in v vsaki točki omrežja. Pravilnost delovanja programskega orodja DMS je odvisna od vhodnih podatkov. V nalogi je obravnavan del srednjenapetostnega omrežja, in sicer z namenom primerjave določitve izgub s programskim orodjem in z metodo merjenja električne energije v vseh točkah obravnavanega omrežja. Učinkovitost sistema daljinskega odbiranja merilnih naprav pridobi pravo dimenzijo uporabe v primeru podajanja merilnih podatkov v druge sisteme. Eden izmed teh sistemov je tudi programsko orodje DMS, ki potrebuje omenjene podatke za nemoteno in točno delovanje sistema.

cost-effectiveness of measuring electricity by the end-customer
Abstract:
In the past acquisition of the measurement data was performed in a variety of ways.. Development of information technology has changed and cost optimized the methods of measurement data or meter readings. Due to information technology and electronics technology major technological advances was made regarding development of measuring devices. Remote reading system of measuring devices is not intended just for the capturing of readings but also combines other functions that directly or indirectly affect the cost-efficiency of the company. Among the direct counting reducing costs of reading of measuring devices and reducing energy losses in the network, among the indirect effects are considered certain business models that enable the reduction of costs. The paper presents a comparison between investment in induction metering devices and investment in system metering devices and comparison between induction and system metering devices comparison regarding maintenance costs and the cost of capturing meter readings for billing. In addition the benefits of implementing metering system and the transformation of business processes in order to improve the cost-effectiveness of the company are listed. Reducing energy losses in the distribution network is a challenging task, since the network is very extensive and has many measuring points where received and transmitted electrical energy is measured. In order to manage energy losses company Elektro Celje, d. d. uses software tool that has built-in algorithms to calculate energy losses. The algorithms in software tool are designed to know how to calculate the electrical parameters at any time and at any point of the network. Correct functioning of the software tool DMS depends on the input data. The paper considers part of the medium voltage network, with a purpose to compare the determination of losses with a programming tool to the determination of losses with method of measuring at all points of the network. The effectiveness of the remote reading system of metering devices gets the right dimension to use only by providing measurement data for other systems. One of these systems is also DMS which requires that information for smooth and accurate operation of the system.
