Abstract:
Elektronsko poslovanje ima velik doprinos k znižanju stroškov poslovanja. Ker želimo stroške spraviti na minimum, je potrebno optimizirati sistem in vpeljati spremembe, da bo poraba embalažnih materialov optimalna ter da bo v skladu z zakonodajo in računovodskimi zahtevami ter omejitvami. Uporaba in razvoj novih tehnologij v osnovi spreminjata sisteme v logistiki. Obseg logističnih operacij se iz dneva v dan močno povečuje, zato je v uspešnem podjetju nujno zagotoviti kakovostno in zanesljivo informacijsko podporo. V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno planiranje proizvodnje in s tem kreiranje potreb v informacijskih sistemih SAP in APO, predstavljen je pomen elektronskega naročanja embalažnih materialov, podani pa so tudi predlogi optimizacije njihove porabe. Vse to vodi k zniževanju stroškov poslovanja. Z analizo zasedenosti skladiščnih mest predpostavljamo, da bi s spremembo obračuna kala v sistemu SAP in z optimizacijo sistema zaključevanja delovnih nalogov v proizvodnji znižali zasedenost skladiščnih mest z ostanki embalaže od proizvodnje. Da bomo znižali skladiščne stroške, je nujno potrebno optimizirati nadzor regulatorne ustreznosti materialov in spremeniti način obvladovanja porabe materialov v opuščanju.

Title:
Electronic procurement and consumption of packaging in the pharmaceutical company
Abstract:
Electronic business approach has significantly contributed to the decrease in business costs. Due to the increased need to minimize the expenditures, system optimization is needed and changes have to be introduced to achieve packaging materials cost optimization in accordance with the law and following the financial requirements and restrictions. Development and application of new technologies is changing systems currently used in logistics. The need for logistic operations and management is ever increasing, which in turn calls for a high quality and reliable information support in a successful company. In the following Master's thesis production planning using information systems SAP and APO is presented. The stress is on the importance of electronic system used in packaging materials purchasing followed by proposals on optimization of their use. These activities lead to decrease of business costs. Based on an analysis of storage sites occupancy it is assumed that the change in the calculation of ullage in SAP and system optimization of finished work orders in production can lead to decrease in occupancy of storage sites with leftover packaging material. In order to reduce storage costs it is necessary to optimize the control of regulatory appropriate packaging materials and change the way of storage capacity management of such materials in phasing-out stage.
